Testing jekyll submodules

If this markdown is laid out and rendered - then jekyll works with submodules.

The test is if it is checked out and submodules resolved before gh pages generates with jekyll.

It works!

Provisos:

• You must use the public read only https url for the repo.
• Don’t forget to push both.
